We have just consigned to sell in the Redmond location this very unique rare1965 Mercury convertible Caliente from the owner who bought it thirty years ago. This is a rust free central Oregon high desert classic that would fit in any collection. We have driven this beauty only to get the thumbs up everywhere we take it. The small block V-8 has a great old school rumble and performs as should. It is being sold only due to health issues and doctors expenses. The overall condition of the car is very good the top works well. We have found minimal damage only on the rear quarter panels ( see pictures) minor dent on each side. From my estimation and discovery is that the Caliente was the top of the line for Mercury Comet lineup. These era of American muscle cars are becoming more rare everyday and the values are going up as well. We have this classic priced to sell at $13,750.00 .

We have just consigned this little one family owned gem of a classic. So for the collector who is looking for original this is defiantly one to consider . It was purchased new by the grandfather and used as a daily driver then passed to the grandson. The car has had no changes made or modified in any way even the sequential turn indicators are properly functioning as they were new ( like the thunderbird ford cars that had the same progressive sequential turn indicators). The car is nearly rust free with the exception of the vinyl top has created small pockets of rust under the back window on both sides,the driver seat has wear and it is due for a fresh paint with very minimal body work needed. The driver seat has wear but the upholstery throughout is in fabulous condition door panels and head liner as well. The exterior is strait with minimal body repair needed ( see pics).
